Rena Tiemstra
Hi there! My name is Rena Tiemstra and I have been sharing a love for the ice for over 30 years! As a Provincial Trained and CanPower certified coach, my philosophy is to continue my own lifelong development of coaching techniques and to bring those best techniques to the rink. For me coaching is all about building confidence and spreading my own joy of skating to each and every skater that I meet!
Skating requires focus, discipline and perseverance, and by helping skaters set and reach their goals on the ice, I aim to give them the tools they need to succeed at school, at work, and throughout their lives.
I'm looking forward to another amazing season!
